Solaris · enterprise assistant

One AI assistant covering sales, support and content, around the clock

Trained on your company's own data, it talks to customers in every channel you use, drafts documents and proposals, keeps your content running and never loses an enquiry. The build is modular: we assemble only the parts your business actually needs.

One assistant, one knowledge base, every channel your customers already use.

Under the hood

This is not a bot. It is a department

Like a sports car: one silhouette on the outside, a great deal of engineering underneath. What works for you is not a single agent but a coordinated crew — sales, marketing and support, without salaries or weekends.

Lead generation

The Scout

Finds and writes to your target list, and lands the first touch that gets a reply.

Negotiation

The Closer

Runs the conversation and qualifies it all the way to a hot lead, then hands it over.

First contact

The Receptionist

Instant response around the clock. Nothing waits, nothing is dropped.

Research

The Analyst

Checks companies and contacts against open sources and gives your rep the background before the call.

Documents

The Writer

Assembles proposals, offers and briefs in your format, ready to send.

Content

The Publisher

Writes posts with matching images and publishes them across your channels on schedule.

What it knows

Your data, not the internet's opinion

The assistant answers from your knowledge base — products, prices, policies, past correspondence — and says so when it does not know something instead of inventing an answer.

Knowledge base

Product documentation, price lists, policies, FAQs and past tickets, kept current without a developer in the loop.

Documents on request

Contracts, proposals, acceptance certificates, briefs and statements of work in your own templates, produced as finished files.

Every channel

Website, email, messengers and social inboxes converge into one thread per customer rather than four disconnected ones.

CRM as the source of truth

Every conversation lands on the right record, with the qualification reasoning attached, so your pipeline reflects reality.

Escalation with context

When a human is needed, the handover carries the full history — the customer never has to explain themselves twice.

Boundaries

Prices, discounts and commitments are answered only from what you approved. Everything else becomes a task for your team.

How it is implemented

Four weeks from discovery to a working assistant

01

Discovery

We map where enquiries come from, who handles them today and which of them are worth automating first. You get a scope and a number, not an estimate.

02

Knowledge and voice

We load your products, prices and policies, and tune the tone until the assistant sounds like your best employee rather than a manual.

03

Channels and CRM

We connect the channels your customers actually use and wire the assistant into your CRM, so nothing is retyped by hand.

04

Pilot and handover

It runs on live traffic while your team reviews the answers. We fix what the real conversations expose, then measure and hand it over.

Questions

What people ask about the assistant

Will it make things up?

It answers from your approved knowledge base and is instructed to say it does not know rather than guess. Anything about price, terms or commitments that was not approved becomes a handover to your team plus a task, not an improvised answer.

Who keeps the knowledge base current?

You do, through a panel — no developer and no release cycle. Keeping it current is also part of what monthly support covers: as your processes change, we retrain the assistant.

Where does our data live?

One client, one isolated instance — on our infrastructure or on your own servers. Client data has no physical way to mix, and access for our support engineers is agreed in writing during implementation.

What if the model provider has an outage?

The contour switches to the next model in the chain automatically. Your team keeps working and the alert comes to us. You are never dependent on one vendor staying up.

Start with the channel that leaks the most

On a discovery call we find where enquiries actually die in your company, and put the assistant there first — where it pays for itself fastest and cannot break anything.
