Solaris · AI agents, built and deployed

We turn operational chaos into working AI systems for your business

Not chatbots. Agents that do the work end to end — they sell, run the team and answer your customers. Built on Claude, shaped to your processes, deployed in weeks.

How an agent works

The full task cycle, with no human in the routine

An agent does not suggest — it executes. From the incoming signal to a finished result inside your system.

01

Receives

A request, an email, a message, a file. It understands meaning, not keywords.

02

Processes

Calculates, qualifies, checks against your rates, rules and playbooks.

03

Fills in

CRM records, documents, quotes. Assigns tasks to the people responsible.

04

Hands over

A finished result to your manager or your customer. Anything genuinely complex escalates to a human.

Live in production

What we implement

These are running systems, not concepts — each one works inside our own company before it reaches a client.

The core idea

This is not "one more AI tool". It is a management layer — a partner that takes over assigning work, chasing execution and keeping communication straight, so the same team gets several times more done. Sales, accounting, paperwork are all just parts of management. AI does not replace you; it amplifies what you are already good at.

What we do

The whole stack, from architecture to support

We take the full cycle: find where AI pays off, design it, build it, deploy it, keep it alive.

AI agents

We take the routine that eats hours every day. One to two roles' worth of work, handled 24/7, with no burnout and no turnover.

Solution architecture

Designed around your business and wired into what you already run — CRM, ERP, Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks. One source of truth instead of ten spreadsheets.

Prompt engineering

We tune the models to your domain and your tone. Stable quality instead of a lottery, and 15–20 hours a week no longer spent fixing output.

Infrastructure with no single point of failure

Your own servers, your data outside other people's clouds, and no lock-in to one vendor: if a provider goes down, the contour switches models on its own — Claude, GPT, Grok, Gemini. Your team keeps working; the alert comes to us, not to you.

Discovery and audit

We find where AI will pay off and, just as importantly, where it will not. You get a roadmap: what to implement first and what it is worth.

Integrations

We connect AI to your CRM, ERP, messengers and analytics, so people stop copying data between systems by hand.

Real implementations

What implementation gives you in hours and money

Not demos — released hours and recovered margin. The agent works inside the tools your team already sits in.

Manufacturing · 300+ employee plant

Quoting in an hour instead of four days

A complex order used to be priced by hand for four days across CAD, Excel and the CRM. Now it takes an hour, at 98.8% accuracy on the numbers. Large orders went from 4 a quarter to 14.

≈ $5.5Madditional annual revenue · the bottleneck is gone
Logistics · freight forwarding

An AI assistant for the logistics desk

Takes inbound requests, segments the deal, checks the live rate sheet and produces the quote with its reasoning shown. Rate cards are versioned, so nothing is ever priced off a stale sheet.

25–40 hrs/moreturned to the team · margin protected on every quote
B2B outreach · AI Sender

Cold outreach into the Gulf market

15,000 messages sent, 39% replied, 68 contacts qualified against the ICP. The agent holds 100 conversations in parallel without burning the domain.

$0.30–0.55 per contactagainst $55–165 CPL on paid search
Search visibility · 2 months

From zero indexing to the top three

A client site started fully closed to crawlers, with no semantics and no landing pages. Two months of an AI-run SEO crew put it above the manufacturer's own site on its core queries.

1,994 tasks · 13,660 hours of live team work. A team of two people plus AI assistants, six months, eight products in production.
For comparison: a good operations manager in the US costs $90,000+ a year. An agent is paid for once, when it is built and trained, and costs very little to keep running. But the right question is not "which is cheaper" — it is "which is more effective". An agent does not replace your people; it hands them qualified, warm customers instead of fifty cold calls a day.

How we price

Two steps, and you only pay for the second once the first works

We never sell a licence. We implement a working contour, and only then offer to keep it running.

Step 1 · Implementation — from $5,000

Server, agent, rooms, persona tuned to your processes, integration with your CRM, morning briefing, team onboarding. Two to four weeks depending on scope. Paid 50/50: half up front, half on acceptance.

Step 2 · Support — from $1,000 / month

Monitoring and uptime, fixes, retraining as your processes change, new skills inside the existing contour, a monthly report from real metrics. Offered only after the contour is live and useful.

Industry contour — from $12,000

A domain-specific agent on top of the management layer: quoting and rate cards for logistics, intake and scheduling for clinics, document workflows for professional firms. Scoped after discovery.

Discovery is free and commits you to nothing: one call with you and the person who actually does the work, and you get a real scope and a real number instead of an estimate.

"We don't sell technology. We assemble a manageable system out of chaos — one that works and makes money. My own AI assistant frees up around 20 hours a week and turns my creative mess into a sequence of steps and real revenue."

Frequently asked

What people ask before we start

How is this different from a chatbot?

A chatbot follows a script and breaks on the first non-standard question. An agent is a trained employee: it understands context, works with your company's data and carries the task through to a result. Every agent is grown around a specific business — we don't sell boxed solutions.

What does it cost, and how is the price calculated?

Implementation of the management layer starts at $5,000, ongoing support at $1,000 a month, and a domain-specific contour at $12,000. Complex projects are quoted by hours after discovery. Roughly 60–70% of our code is reused from adjacent projects, which is why we ship in weeks rather than quarters.

What happens if the model provider goes down?

Nothing that reaches you. The contour switches to the next model in the chain — Claude, GPT, Grok, Gemini — and your team keeps working. The alert goes to us, not to you. You are never locked into a single vendor.

Where does our data live?

One client, one process, one isolated instance — either on our infrastructure or on your own server. Client data has no physical way to mix, and support access is agreed in writing during implementation.

How fast does an agent go live?

A simple assistant: three to five days from the moment we have access. A full implementation with a process map: about four weeks from discovery to a production agent. After that it keeps learning on the job, like an employee — only faster.

Can we verify you before paying anything?

Two ways. The Adam widget runs free for seven days on your live traffic. And we will put you on a call with a director whose company already runs our agents — ask them directly what changed and whether it paid off.

The check no "we'll make it pretty" vendor survives

Don't take our word for it — ask our clients

We will connect you with a director whose company already runs our agents. Ask them directly: what actually changed, where it hurt, whether it paid for itself. We are not afraid of that conversation — it is what brings us repeat work.
